Delivery & Returns

Please note all orders require a signature on receipt. *Dispatch – Your order will be dispatched on the same working day providing the order is placed, and a cleared payment is received before 2.30pm. (Saturday/Sunday are not working days). Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Countries outside the United Kingdom

We will always ship international orders using a traceable recorded service. All tracking numbers are retained and can be emailed to upon request. The countries shipped to are as follows: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.


Orders placed before or on 22nd Dec before 2:30pm will be dispatched as normal – All orders placed thereafter will be dispatched on the 29th Dec – Normal service resumes on 5th January in the New Year.

Returns Or Exchange Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please send the item back to us in its original condition Unused and un-open. All opened/used items sent back will not receive a refund. This must be within 7 days of the order date. On receiving the goods from you we will issue a full refund (less your initial delivery cost) to the account the order was placed with or exchange it for an alternate product if you so wish. Please accompany a delivery note or your order details with the return for a prompt refund. When sending goods back to us it is recommended to use a delivery service that offers insurance. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us.The refund does not cover the return delivery cost.

Distance Selling Regulations

The United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations state that you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from All Natural Health Store, for a full refund.In the event of a cancellation please inform us in writing being sure to quote your order number. This must be done within 7 days of delivery of your item(s). E-mail is acceptable and should be sent to our customer care department (the email address can be found on the contact us page), or by post to the address above. On acceptance of the cancellation the goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and un-open with tags in the original packaging, within 7 days to the address above. When sending goods back to us it is recommended to use a delivery service that offers insurance. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us.

Discount Codes & Vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. *Note: In order to ensure your return is accepted by us please be careful when opening/return the items. If we find any evidence that the item has been tampered with at any stage we will be unable to offer a refund. As Items are sent out with a “same day dispatch” Orders need to be cancelled before 2pm, otherwise your order may still be sent out, if it is not return postage is non- refundable. Return postage is payable by the customer unless items arrive damaged.
